Very well restored condition!
We offer you here a 911 Targa SC from 1979. This vehicle originally comes from the USA and was sold by the then owner in 2015. At that time, the vehicle was in a mediocre condition. At the time, it had been used mainly as a hobbyist's vehicle and was described as conditionally roadworthy. In January 2015, Mr N. became aware of the Porsche and wanted to fulfil a big dream for his son. The Targa was purchased and the very extensive restoration work on the vehicle began in the same year. The entire vehicle was overhauled and rebuilt down to the last screw. All damages and defects were repaired. A very detailed documentation of all work in the form of photos is enclosed with the vehicle. The complete list of work including all invoices are included. As part of the restoration, the vehicle was given the colour gold metallic and some of the interior surfaces were finished in new coca brown leather. The total cost of the restoration was almost 150.000€.
Who can claim to have given a car its name? Porsche! The Targa! In the past, the "safety cabriolet" was a revolution, today it is one of the most classic ways to drive 911s. The fact that a Porsche 911 SC Targa makes you happy is due to its karma. It can't help it, because it's a child of luck. Why is that? Because it almost didn't exist. Because a convertible was actually planned.
