Description

This newly arrived Mercedes Benz 300 SL convinces with its flawless history and its always well-kept condition. The previous owner drove the vehicle regularly ( at least every 3-4 weeks ) every year about 1,000 km only in nice and dry weather and then always put it in a well-ventilated garage. The very rarely used soft top should be renewed for the sale. However, the master saddler said that despite the side window cracks, this is actually almost too bad, since the car is not moved in the rain. Furthermore, he considers this soft top to be the best preserved original soft top with Mercedes star from the factory that he has ever seen in his professional time. The replacement engine was fitted at 200,000 km by a Mercedes workshop. This car has currently only run about 46,000 km. Unfortunately, the documents and briefs about this were in a lost folder, so this was only documented as a replacement note in the purchase contract. However, since the engine runs very smoothly, there was and is no reason not to believe this. In this respect, it is a bona fide acquisition. The soft top, seats and interior are in the same condition as when previously purchased by the previous owner. The CD changer, the non-original radio, as well as the subsequently installed speakers in the rear are not value-adding, but were now once so installed.
