This duck is something very special and very rare. The 2CV AZL3 was built in 1957 and is also known as the corrugated sheet metal duck due to its hood. The L in the model name stands for "luxury" and had special features for the time. These included the chrome trim on the hood, the passenger sun visor and the heating in the interior. This model was stored in Sweden for around 40 years and then brought back to life. The body was separated from the frame and everything was overhauled once. Over €10,000 was spent on the restoration. Everything is documented with all receipts and invoices. If you too would like to experience a piece of French automotive culture with 12 hp, you are welcome to drop by.
"Design a car that has room for two farmers in boots and a hundredweight of potatoes or a barrel of wine, is at least 60 km/h fast and only consumes three liters of petrol per 100 km. It should also be able to cope with even the worst roads and be so easy to operate that even a novice driver can handle it without any problems. It has to have exceptionally good suspension so that a basket full of eggs can survive a trip over bumpy country lanes unscathed. And finally, the new car must be relatively cheap. The appearance of the car is not important at all."- Citroen Director Pierre-Jules Boulanger
