Only 950 units built!
This wonderful and incredibly rare Lancia Flaminia coupé is new in our stock and was first registered in Switzerland in February of 1963 in the canton of Aargau (west of Zurich) Only 5226 units of this Pininfarina coupé were produced until 1970, only 950 of which came with the 2,5 litre 3B variant. In 1996, the vehicle was sold to Mr Peter Tibell (deceased 2016) from Stockholm, who was a prominent member of the Lancia Automobile Club in Sweden. With help of the Lancia club, he had the coupé restored, and the result remains a marvel to look upon to this day. During its production period from early 1959 to spring of 1967 the model kept receiving improvements. The first series (type 823) was built from early 1959 until the end of 1963. Our specimen’s engine sports 2.458 cm³ cubic capacity. It was initially offered with a Solex carburettor type 40 PAAI and 85 kW (119 HP) From 1962 to 1963 the engine was outfitted with three Solex double carburettors and the car’s power output increased to 95 HP kw (128 HP)
