This beautiful new example adorns our showroom as of today. On behalf of a vintage car collector friend, we are selling this beautiful Daimler Double Six.

In 1968, this beautiful sedan was first introduced in the form of the Series I. Production of this classic series continued until 1992 with a total of 3 series delivered to satisfied customers approximately 404,000 times. No other sedan embodied the classic British way of life like the XJ series!

Among the XJ series, the Daimler versions stood out in particular, as they were considered more exclusive than their Jaguar sisters. Therefore we are especially pleased to offer this Daimler Double Six from the last production year 1992 shortly before the end of the most popular and reliable series.

Mr. N, who purchased this vehicle in 2018, is a passionate classic car collector and pays special attention to the quality and condition of the vehicles. Thus, this Double Six is not a museum piece with damage, but a real "driver" that has been driven regularly and constantly maintained and optimized. Mr. N. was very careful to maintain the good condition of the 28 year old vehicle and subjected it to every maintenance and a regular professional reconditioning. Already in the earlier 90's, when the vehicle was produced, it was subjected to a special wax sealing, in order to be able to maintain the quality also in later years.

Conclusion

The vehicle is in a beautiful condition and is a real gem for its 28 years. But not only the good equipment such as ABS, KAT are a real eye-catcher for this time, but also the large 12-cylinder engine, which brings a lot of driving fun with it and copes with any route with flying colors without any problems. The Jaguar was last subjected to a general inspection in 2019, during which no defects were found. Any repairs as well as maintenance were attached to the history and are available for inspection at any time.
