This limited and above all extraordinarily well equipped ALPINA sedan was a long dream of a gentleman from North Rhine-Westphalia, who was born in 1937 and saved forever for it. He kept the vehicle for 30 years, until he gave it away due to his old age. The love for the vehicle is reflected for every observer immediately recognizable, in the condition again. The vehicle drives phenomenally, sounds fantastic and is from a technical and optical point of view, a jewel still in the original paint. Only the tailgate, including spoiler, was repainted a long time ago. The vehicle was originally a former demonstrator in a BMW branch in Essen and embodied in the mid-eighties on the subject of equipment and performance almost everything that was possible at BMW at that time. Not only from our point of view, the vehicle is a masterpiece in every respect. It gave us an incredible amount of pleasure to photograph it, to check it technically and, above all, to drive it. Simply a #superclassic.

We even have the original BMW order and the Alpina Classic delivery certificate, in addition to the old vehicle registration document. Our vehicle here, carries the sequential number 455, out of only 500 produced. The original BMW on-board tooling is also complete and the spare wheel appears as it did on day one.

Conclusion

This ALPINA really still looks modern and fascinates with its striking appearance. It is already then as well as today, a real alternative to well-known sports car manufacturers and surprises undeniably in handling and acceleration. Not to forget the very high purchase price in the eighties, for which one could have bought a fully equipped Porsche. The ALPINA sedan moves on sports car level over the track, is so incredibly smooth in the lane and offers space for the whole family with luggage!

One of the most important points is the fact that the car is unmodified and has not undergone any subsequent tuning. An E28 ALPINA (in such a condition), that one finds only rarely and we look forward to your reaction as soon as you stand before the vehicle.
