Description

The previous owner bought this coupé on Ebay in France in 2008 and had it registered in Germany in the same year. Shortly afterwards, some bodywork and paintwork had to be carried out. There was also some upholstery work in the interior and boot, as well as a complete engine overhaul in 2011. The work then became more extensive in 2016. The body was completely dismantled and the doors, pillars and both bonnets were repainted. The engine was removed and all small parts of the engine and gearbox were powder-coated. Around 1 year later, the E9 was finished. Since 2018, some work has gradually been carried out. This included new wiring, new carpets, new seat belts and a complete rear seat bench. Due to damage sustained during a classic car trip to the Nürburgring, the differential was replaced in 2023. We have all of the previous owner's documents for the coupe, including the printed Ebay advert from 2008, as well as various invoices and expert reports that have accumulated over the years.
