This car is sold
Only 77000 km!
Since the power output of 75 hp did not really fit the sporty coupé character and the sales figures for the smallest coupé model at the time were anything but satisfactory, it was decided to raise the entry-level engine for the coupé to 90 hp. The newly developed engine with a displacement of 1.8 liters and a modern 2E2 carburetor simultaneously replaced the previous 85-horsepower four-cylinder in the Audi 80. The new engine combined nimble handling characteristics and a top speed of 170 km/h with economical fuel consumption. This coupe, painted in almond beige metallic, rolled off the production line in Ingolstadt on March 17, 1987. In March 2020, Mr. W. bought the vehicle and had an expert opinion drawn up with a mileage of only 74,760 km. The appraisal gave the Audi a grade of 2+. The vehicle is partially still in its original paint and in general one can speak of a fantastic condition of this Audi. The owner had a vehicle identity certificate and a vehicle data sheet drawn up at Audi. Before the car leaves us it will get a new service, as well as fresh MOT.
With a coupé Audi started 35 years ago into sportiness. To create driving pleasure, it didn't necessarily have to be the top version equipped with the new all-wheel drive. Even today, the smaller coupés with less power are still a pleasure to drive.
